Kenya Railway Golf Club - Beware of the train 7021 yards – par 72 – 9 holes It was established in 1922 as a private club for the Railway staff by the Kenya Railway Manager's wife, Mrs Couper, as the Kenya Uganda Railway Golf Club (K. U. R. G.C.). The club opened its membership to non-railways staff in 1924. Location: 500m from Nairobi city centre with businesses overlooking the course.

Karen Country Club – Beware of nostalgia 6893 yards - par 72 - 18 holes Considered by some to be one of the prettiest courses in Kenya because of its profusion of flowering trees and bushes, Karen Country Club is a must play. It is certainly one of the top 18-hole championship courses in the country. The course is next to the house of Karen Blixen - the author of "Out of Africa" and situated in the colonial suburb of Karen.
Limuru Country Club – Beware of the tea planters 6519 yards - par 71 - 18 holes Limuru Country Club's 18-hole golf course is extremely enjoyable to play; it is a lush, green course well manicured and well maintained amongst the tea plantations. At an altitude of 7000 feet (2330 meters), the golf course receives more rainfall and provides a year-round lush green carpet of turf. Most sand traps are deep and have very large mounds to contend with.
Sigona Golf Club – Beware of the altitude 6519 yards par 71 - 18 holes Sigona Golf Club has without doubt one of the most beautiful fairways in Kenya. Located near the Rift Valley at an altitude of 6,600 feet (2200m), Sigona receives more than average rainfall. The course is very hilly and most of the eighteen tees are elevated. It is one course which will definitely test your golf skills and your fitness.
Royal Nairobi Golf Club 7021 yards - par 71 - 18 holes Where some of the country's prestigious events are held. The front nine is relatively flat, while the back nine have the characteristics of a rolling hill side. The course is very well maintained. Flowering bushes and numerous trees’ species add to the beauty of the course The dramatic Ngong Hills can be seen from almost all along the course.

Kabete "Vet Lab" has beautiful Flame trees and a course that overlooks the bordering coffee plantations. The Golf Club hosts two of the biggest events: the Kabete Foursomes Men's Invitational and the Kenya Breweries Festival of Golf.
