is a map showing, in light green, the location of
Ol Kinyei Conservancy in the Mara eco-system where
we have established our Mara Porini Camp.This is a
community-owned conservancy where the local Maasai
land-owners have set the area aside for wildlife and
have given us exclusive use, so no minibuses or other
tourists are to be seen!
We
have a resident pride of 24 lions and the Loita migration
route for the wildebeest passes right through the
conservancy.
The nearest airstrip for Safarilink is Siana Springs
- we are about 15 km's away from the airstrip
- 25 mins transfer.
